Refund Policy for Mobilegigo LTD

Effective Date: January 9, 2025.

At Mobilegigo LTD, we value your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our services, products, courses, and software. By purchasing from Mobilegigo, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Refund Guidelines

We offer refunds only under specific, reasonable circumstances. Due to the nature of our digital services and training, not all purchases are refundable. Please read each section carefully.

2. Tech Academy Courses

Refunds for courses are available under the following conditions:

Full Refund if you cancel within 3 days of registration and before accessing any training materials.

No Refund once you have accessed course materials or participated in any live classes.

Course Transfers are allowed if you want to switch to another course of equal or lesser value (within 5 days of starting the course).

To request a refund, email us at support@mobilegigo.com with your payment receipt and reason for the request.

3. Custom Software Services

Refunds for custom software or development services are considered based on the stage of the project:

Before development starts: 80% refund (after deduction of consultation fees).

After development begins: Partial refunds based on work completed and resources used.

After project delivery: No refund.

All project agreements will include a specific refund clause based on the project scope.

4. Digital Products (e.g., EbonyiStore, Taskgigo, GigoEscrow, etc.)

Due to the nature of downloadable or license-based products, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or a license has been issued—except in the case of:

Non-functioning app delivery

Unfulfilled subscription or failure to deliver on promised features

In such cases, please contact support@mobilegigo.com within 5 days of your purchase.

5. Event Tickets or Paid Webinars

100% Refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the event.

No Refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours to the event or for non-attendance.

6. Subscription Services

For monthly or annual subscriptions:

You may cancel anytime, but no refunds are issued for unused days.

You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

7. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@mobilegigo.com with the following details:

Full Name

Order ID or Transaction Receipt

Reason for Refund

Product/Service Purchased

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first before initiating any chargeback. We’re happy to resolve any issues and provide fair support. Filing a false chargeback may lead to account suspension.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Please check this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
